I want to lodge a complaint against online shopping store zookr.in. I have purchased a watch on 7 september 2018. My order id is : 6c8e6003-9c69-474e-bd8b-1a82d3d1ad1a. I have received a wrong model of watch which is totally different from which i bought and is also defective and damaged. Now they are not responding any mails and calls from me.
I hope you will take prompt actions for the redressal of my grievances and will take stern actions against the erring staff of zookr.

please add this complaint so no one buy another duplicate product all product are duplicate and fraud
trying to reach them all the day but no call receiving
