I orderd earpods worth ₹499 from zookr.in
They sent me the wrong product same side of earpods that is of no use for me
I sent them atleast 5-6 mails but they are not at all replying
And as per their return policy i did the same they asked for but they are not taking any actions for my mails
Help me please
They are not even picking up the call on there customer care number
