I am paras sogani, Jaipur and this is very serious concern to everybody. I don't know how to drive a car. But police cought me as chief of car stolen gang. My son pranat sogani booked a car with zoomcar by uploading his diving license and transfer of money from his acvount on 5/3/20. On 6/3/20 he did not got car to be provided by zoomcar. He approached to customer care as well local office. There was a serious talk and zoomcar offered him bonus and assured of refunding money buy on 7/3/20 local police cought him and me in three fir of car stolen lodged in July and August 2019. The local Representative of zoomcar was claiming before police that we got car booked by app, got password and location of vehicles and removed GPS and stole four cars out of which two are xuv 500 and two are Tata hexa. After 28 days jail we bailed by upper courts. After coming out we requested zoomcar to give us transection record and trekking records of all three cars. It's awful that zoomcar not supporting truth despite of our various letters. Reminders and legal notice. There is very serious news on youtube "beware if you hire a car, police may cought you. Still this company is hearless
