Zoomcar - Pedl — pedl rs. 49 subscription not working

I have an issue related pedl subscription which i bought for 49rs per month.

This subscription gives 1 hour ride free ride for 30 days.

I have bought this subscription today before starting riding bicycle but amount is deducted from paytm balance instead of 1 hour ride time free.

It still shows 1 hour ride time free.

There is no support details on app. Please add faq what should customer do in this case. Or add phone numbers to app for pedl customer care so that queries should resolve quickly.
