Dear Consumer team, This is to bring to notice that ZOPNOW were cheating the customers. I have been utilizing this service for past 2 months and during this almost around 4 times, they debited extra amount or don't the deliver the product etc. Always we have to follow-up. The Customer Service is PATHETIC. WORST PERSONS!!. Recently on Dec-10 2015, they have collected Rs 200 Extra from me and when I raised the issue, they just created a ticket #52876, I called 10-20 times, emailed 10 times but until now no proper response. Worst service. CHEATING the CONSUMERS!!.. Regards, Arbind
