Hi Sir/Mam,
My self Rahul from Mumbai, India, i have placed an order on zopnow of Rs.2874.60. 30th Dec.2020. and make the payment through PAYTM. using UPI and TID is :[protected].

Later on, I tried checking the order there was no update then I sent them an email from their website but there was no response. I tried a lot to catch them but I could not reach them. then I left hope and considered that they have made me a fool.

then, i started collecting information about it and came to know it's a scam and there are thousands of people been made fools like me and stolen money through scam.

I request you to please help me in this regard, i am attaching all the evidence that i have placed the order and made the payment.

I paid orders on 2/1/2021 for Rs. 978, on 3/1/2021 for Rs. 639, on 3/1/2021 for Rs. 607 through Razorpay software, orders not confirmed but my payments deducted.

So, please refund the amounts

I have placed order on 29th april 2021 12:12pm, but payment deducted from my upi account but order marked for manual verification. Please see to it, i have sent many mails but they don’t reply.

Hi Team,

I have been cheated by zopnow.in please help me to get my money back from this fraud eCommerce company.

I have paid Rs. 1053.55 against my order via UPI payment method. But there is no any track record now and order has been cancelled by zopnow t4eam and customer care number is not responding.

Requesting you to please take appropriate action and help me to get my money back.

I am an officer of the Indian Army.

On 29 April 2021, I placed an order of groceries online on Zopnow. As advance payment for the order, an amount of Rs.1327.15 was paid to you by UPI (Reference - UPI/[protected]/53080/cfmer.1158811zo/ICICI Bank dated 29/04/2021).

The proof of payment are as attached in the pictures below.
Till date, I have neither received the groceries nor has the amount been refunded to me i.e. to my ICICI Bank Account.

I have made several efforts to contact your office. You are not contactable on your given numbers i.e. [protected]. I request you to please refund me the amount of Rs.1327.15 on or before 12 June 2021, lest I shall initiate necessary action.

I request u all to raise police complaint
Even me to planning to build a net once they get into my net then he should really say that he had drunk milk of her

I pay the money 640 rupees Amount debited but order not accepted

The money is been deducted and the order shows pending, when I paid through UPI and they dont even have option to do COD

where I Redirected the website is looks nice, I am selected some products
from this website and order, I Redirected from checkout page where I saw a
baar due to covid and govt of India suggestions we are taking only UPI
payments so i pay money through my UPI wallet phone pay as I pay I did
not get any order information my payment are diducted after that I am
searching some more thing about this website zopnow.in as I looking this
website is fake they stole money from people, this website is clone, people
are today ordering more than normal days due to covid people shop more
online, some are the fake people behind like this website zopnow.in they
trap people they are running adds for your website they shows that they are
giving huge discounts and they fool people and stole a hard earnest money.
Kindly check this matter this website is live every second every minute they
cheat they stole people money.

Zopnow is a fraud online shopping app. Please take action against it otherwise it will make people fool. Already I lost Rs.1574/-, as I paid via UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation msg or call or any mail. Such fraud app .
This app has fake contact details, customer care mail id doesn't respond/acknowledge and the phone number doesn't work.
