Zopnow Retail — Amount deducted against the order but order not placed

Made a purchase online of 1070/- (7th April 2021) against Order #[protected]. Order was not placed and showing "Pending Payment" but amount got deducted through upi payment.tried reaching on customer care number no response even on email the same. I would like refund
