Zopnow Retail — Amount Deducted, but no message and not responding

Sir, I placed order on zopnow website for groceries, Amount paid through phone pay, but still I didn't receive any massage, mail, phone or i order items, I have already massage to zapnow, still I'm not received any reply, I searched in websites, the company is 420 company.
