Zopnow Retail — Amount Deducted but order not received

Made a purchase online of 674/- (3rd April 2021) against order #[protected]. Order was not placed and showing "Pending Payment" but amount got deducted through upi payment.tried reaching on customer care number no response even on email the same. I would like refund
