Zopnow Retail — Complaining

I have ordered groceries worth rs. 807 from zopnow. in on 17th april 2021 and payment was done via UPI, amount hat deducted. But I don't see the order on zopnow. in website. There in no response when called on which is mentioned on their website. Please help to get my money back.
