[Resolved] Zopnow Retail — delay in order twice and not getting any resolution from customer support team | |
Hi I am trying to reach zop now customer care by email and calls but not getting any proper response and resolution. Have placed an order on 7th oct 2017 for delivery by 7pm. First this got reschedule to 9.15pm on 7th oct and i had no option but to reschedule it to next day (First slot of 1-4pm for 8th oct 2017) by calling delivery boy, since there was no response from customer support. Even after reschedule for 1-4pm slot, after an hour delivery timing got changed of it's own again to 9.15pm. Finally i was able to contact customer support and he told me refresh page and it will be updated, but no update. He asked me to hold and he will check with back end and update, no update instead he dc the call, was very rude. Was this information helpful? | |
