Zopnow Retail — Fraud by ZopNow

I paid Rs. 653 by BHIM UPI for some items (order no.[protected]. Amount was debited and confirmation was received. Now there is no message from ZopNow. Even I am unable to access account. Message is that 'e-mail is not valid'. This appears to be multi-layered cyber fraud. I am going to lodge a complaint with IT Cell to haul them and teach them a lesson of life.
