Zopnow Retail — Money debited but order not confirmed or cancelled

Address:2078, 24th Main Rd, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru Karnataka 560102.

I have tried to place the order in zopnow.in website, paid the money through gpay money got debited from my account and credited to zopnow account but i didn't get any order details or order failed status. Refund my money back to me.

Yes i tried but the number is not working, even i have dropped mail but no response.
