Zopnow Retail — Money is deducted but , didn't get any order confirmation

Zopnow is a fraud online shopping app. Please take action against it otherwise it will make people fool. Already I lost 617 rs, as I paid via UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation msg or call or any mail. Such fraud app .
