Zopnow Retail — No order confirmation and delivery

I placed an order with your business on 29 April, 2020 of ₹644 and paid through Gpay. But I haven't yet recieved an order confirmation or even the delivery. Either return the money or deliver the products you promised. This is barbaric as to how you fraud people who invest their hard earned money in your website. If you still won't return the money withing a week, I'll go ahead and file a complaint with NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE.
