Zopnow Retail — No order confirmation received and showing no orders placed

I have placed an order in zopnow website on oct 3rd 2020, but I didn't get any confirmation of order and I had paid through online gpay payment but payment pending order status. The next day Not showing any orders in my account to track my order. Please cancel my order and refund me back
