Zopnow Retail — Non-delivery of grocery items ordered alongwith advance payment of Rs.635/- through Google Pay.

I want to bring to the notice that I had placed an order for few grocery items from Zopnow for which I also made the payment through Google Pay amounting to Rs.635/- on 12.02.21 and items were supposed to be delivered on 14.02.21. I am really annoyed to see that such a big company has started duping the valued customers off their hard earned money. This would lead for disaster of the company their promoters as well as their related concerns and if all the customers collectively approach all the cheaters will go behind the bars. I request that money of all the people should be returned and further fraud deals should be stopped with immediate effect.
