Zopnow Retail — Order not received. I have not even received any confirmation/acknowledgement after I made the payment on its website. | |
I used zopnow website April 29, 2021 for the first time to place an order of groceries and few essentials. I did not have an account on Zopnow. I added the items to the cart, added my address, selected delivery time on April 29, 2021 between 6pm-9m and made the payment of INR 1206. Though the amount was immediately deducted but I neither received any confirmation message or email regarding the order placed yesterday nor an order number or anything else. I tried to check my transaction status/order status on the website but got no information. I then used my contact details to sign up to Zopnow. But there were no orders in my account. My order was not delivered on April 29. I have written 3 emails to the customer care email id provided on the website along with proof of payment made to Zopnow. The proof of payment is also attached here below. My order details can be tracked from my payment reference number and my contact details which I have shared with the Zopnow customer care via my emails. Was this information helpful? | |
