Zopnow Retail — Payment done but order not received

My order number is 19926. I paid through upi. Also after payment there was showing the payment status pending. But money has deducted from my account. And when I checked my order status it's showing that order had canceled. I'm a new customer and my first order experience is not good with 'zopnow'. So give my refund or continue the order otherwise I have to take another step. I'm also attaching the payment receipt and order status screenshot. Please resolve it as soon as possible. I had placed an order on zopnow.in via their website. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money. It seems to be a fraud company. They are not at all responding. I saw many other users on twitter cheated by them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.
