[Resolved] Zopnow Retail — wrong items in order#19840039 & matter not resolved after repeated attempts | |||
I had a terrible experience and till now the matter is not resolved. More than 70% of the items in my order were completely wrong. I had called the customer care immediately and it was promised that i will receive a callback within 30 minutes and someone will replace the items. 2 hours have passed but i have not received any help whatsoever. The callcentre phone lines are always busy and i have trying for the last 1 hour. Please provide the correct items at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
