Zosta.net Aka Presha Trading — wrong product and payment fraud

The presha trading fraud company website zosta.net did not acknowledge my payment through paytm and on top of that i heard from this and many forum that they delivers fake products and not shown one. My money amount for buying a smart watch was 1498. There email address is fake so is the customer care number please advice me to take legal action against this fraud company.
