I ordered a sling bag 'Taj Guldasta Flap Slig Bag' on 31-AUG-2023 fro my sister on occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Wrong product got delivered on 05-SEP-2023, I immediately inform company via email ask them to arrange a reverse pickup and deliver selected product. They took a lot of time for reverse pickup and it finally happed and product returned on 21-Sep-2023.
Later I am getting response that selected product is not available on 26- SEP-2023 and asked me select another product from the link they share.
I selected one product name 'Bidri Kaiser Flap sling Bag' and asked to dispatch it. I'm getting another response on 27-SEP-2023 this product is out of stock and again shared a link to select another product.
I mentioned not to this to customers however I chosen another product in hope to get delivered name 'FloMotif flap Sling Bag'. I got response on 29-SEP-2023 and mentioning that product is also out of stock. Was this information helpful? |
