Exchange issue

I ordered a sling bag 'Taj Guldasta Flap Slig Bag' on 31-AUG-2023 fro my sister on occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Wrong product got delivered on 05-SEP-2023, I immediately inform company via email ask them to arrange a reverse pickup and deliver selected product. They took a lot of time for reverse pickup and it finally happed and product returned on 21-Sep-2023.

Later I am getting response that selected product is not available...

I had ordered for a sandal(Jaipur Kamal T straps) #462296 from Zouk official website. I got the product delivered but the size was too tight for me. I requested for an exchange, sent multiple e-mails, called different costumer services but of no use. All I'm left with is a sandal much less to my size and a loss of ₹1299. I didn't even demand for a return I just wanted the bigger size of the same product and I can see the size I need is still available on the website. I requested for an exchange as soon as I got the product so they cannot ignore my complaint saying the product has been misused.

    I have placed a order (Prepaid order) on 17.06.2023, however due to technical issue in the payment, initially transaction didnt complete in time and immediately I have placed same order again WITH ORDER NO. 444951 & 444954. When my first transaction completed by the payment gateway, i have immediately approach Zouk to cancel repeat order which they have did after various FOLLOW UPS on 24.06.2023 and that too with deduction of some Rupees (MONEY MAKING SCHEME). Now, when my 01 pending order didn't reach to me in time because of FAULT of THEIR DELIVERY PARTNER, I have requested to cancel my order with refund. today, I have received mail from Zouk that they could cancel my order and if my order returned to them back, they'll refund after deduction of courier charges of Rs. 300/-. I failed to understand I have placed prepaid order and due to issue with Zouk delivery partner, WHY I AM BEING PENALISED. And just to tell that I live in Delhi, a Metro city where connectivity is super fast.

      I got confirmation on sms that my order is out delivery and will be arrived on 1-nov-22. After that I received message that your order cannot be delivered as you were not available to collect.And I was there to collect but executive didn't call me.I re-scheduled my order on 2-nov-22 again recieved sms that order is out of delivery.And I got sms again that your order is undelivered because you want open delivery? I just need my order or please refund my money. i cannot share order details and perosnal info here connect with me on mail please. I want my order to deliver soon

        I have been asking for return and refund which they said is not under policy for which I decided to do exchange with a sling bag. When I send the link it is available and they reply exactly when it is out of stock!!

        It happened twice and I said don’t want exchange at all.

        I tried to ask them to cancel my initial order via mail before shipping but they refused to do to.

        I sent them a coupon code from gpay for which they asked for screenshot with name and now they need terms and conditions of the coupon screenshot also!!!

        Why is this behaviour? It’s going to be a month and I still didn’t get my desired product exchanged.
