ZTE — mobile service

I bought a new phone of zte s183 mobile from online shopping sir.after 10days i get the problem in that mobile sir.then i gave it to the service center in trident technologies, kodambakkam on 26/09/2014...but till now i don't get the proper response from them.i wait 20 days sir..work order number is otm/zm/14/01069

Meid no a0000038e84e08.they said to me "wait for some days"..please give a response sir...
