ZTE — my ZTE MOBILE N790 (dual sim CDMA+GSM) was not repaired after 36 days

I deposited my mobile phone ZTE model no:N790(dual sim CDMA+GSM) on 26 may 2014 with in one year warranty period in your authorised service center service city lakshmi nagar delhi. but till date my phone is not repaired. I am facing huge problem in my bussiness please help me I have one mobile phone CDMA+GSM dual sim. pl...pl help ASAP.
