ZTE Nubia — My phone stops working suddenly

A day i was surfing on my phone and its battery was low and its shut down . after it i connect it to charger but it was not charging . then i went to customer care and deposit it on 25-2-16 and the said me it will take 10-12 days i said ok. but now i am calling to service center and they are saying part are not available. this same status they are telling me from last 5-6 day.

So now what i have to do ?
