ZTE — Spearker and Ringer problem

Dear Team, This is to bring under information that on 24 Dec 14, purchased with an handset ZTE S183, but it was my very wrong to go with same brand name, as with short span of 1 month only, its ringer got fail twicetwice, and very poor and worst service at Muskan enterprises, they behave so rude and asked me why u have purchase such a rubbish brand, 4 times i have visited their place, didnt got any solution, also faced their rurude and unethical behaviour, my money is waste...what crime i have done by purchasing your prodproductproduct, i want immediate solutionsolution.
