This is to inform you that I had purchase ZTE V793 handset on 10/10/23013 from private vendor.The handset is still in warranty period. The phone got dead and I gave mobile to your service center on 30/05/2014. S.G Infotech at Borivali Mumbai (INDIA).
There is no proper response from your service center, I got the answer that mother board is having problem and later .I was told that display screen is damaged.Its being almost 2 1/2 month getting over.
When ever I called they say that u will get within few days but now limit is surpassed.
Even company response we are looking in to matter.But nothing happens.
I am still waiting for my repaired handset.
