ZTE — very worst service

bought zte blade 880 mobile may 2014. Unfortunatly touch screen was not working due to broken. i handover to the madurai zte authorized service center name of vinayaga communication. the service people says the cost of touch screen 4000Rs but the mobile price is 4500Rs. I hand over service centre before four months but not ready till now. My job sheet number 000525. My name uthayakumar.i Will go to consumer court for this price variations.
