I had ordered 1 dress and a crop top and trouser set from zudio apparels but received 2 tshirts. Though the package is delivered, the app still shows that it's shipped so there's no way I can request a return or refund. I emailed them and also messaged them on their Instagram page but no response so far. I have also emailed the customer care of the shipment company but haven't received any update from them either.
