I have received a call from zuker team yesterday in morning and I wonder to heard that the person who called me from zuker team asking me to pay more Inr2000 then they will deliver my ordered product and he was saying that product which I ordered same was out of stock that's why product not yet diverted when I was asked if product was out of stock then why you have taken the payment through my credit card and given the confirmation that your payment and order has been approved on my email then he said they can only full refund or if you want your phone then you need to pay inr2000 more to zuker now I don't want refund I only want my ordered iPhone 6s 64gb and why I will pay more. It is totally zuker mistake I have taken money from me and its more than 23days and now saying like this it is totally unacceptable...when I said I will write again to consumer he said ok you go and speak to consumer he do not care...please do something and take action against them ...thanks

I have received 2calls from zuker first call was received by this number [protected] someone sapna was there she was saying she is the head of zuker and she has spoken to me nicely and she ensured that my problem will be solved and my ordered phone will be delivered till 2feb and then she said someone from zuker accounts department will call you and they will give you the confirmation I said I need your contact number if any problem so that I can contact to you she has given me her personal email id- [protected]@gamail.com and said if any problem send me mail on this email id then will do the needful after some time someone from zuker accounts team has called me by this number-[protected] and that person was very rude he said we will deliver your phone but for that you need to pay inr2000 more or we will refund your money I asked him I need only my ordered phone I don't want refund he was not trying to listen to me and said go and speak to consumer court and he disconnected the call after that I have tried both number but call automatic ended when I am trying to call and I have sent the email also which sapna has given to me but no response...please help me I need my phone before 3feb because same I need to gift someone...requesting you to do the needful...thank & Regards.
