[Resolved] Zuker.in — Taken money from credit card but no confirmation/delivery of iphone | |||||
I have made payment of rs. 21117/= for "iphone 5s 64 gb" at zuker.in (which was directed by junglee.com as lowest cost iphone provider) & my sbi credit card on 11 jan, 2016. the payment was made thru ebscharge.com. i got reply from sbi card also for confirmation of payment and early settlement of credit card dues but no information from either zuker.in or ebscharge.com. when sent a mail to ebscharge.com, they confirmed "payment success acknowledge no. 47177902" on 20 jan, 2016. no reply from zuker.in and automated reply from ebscharge.com - after several attempts and no reply from above companies, I had no other option left but to lodge a fir with cyber crime branch, mumbai. Finally, i lodged a fir with police in feb 16, 2016. i have all documents regarding payment deducted by the company and non response after that but till date no action. I want to lodge a complain in consumer forum / consumer court because these criminals should get punishment and i should get my money back, Was this information helpful? | |||||
