Zulaikha Motors — Escalation - poor service

Hi,

With deep regret, I am contacting you.

I bought Marazzo 2 months back. When I bought the colour I preferred was not provided. I was pushed to take basis available colours.

Inspite, within 2 months 2 major issues and the car has been sent to Ambattur service center. Sunil and Vinayakam are attending the issue.

Unfortunate that no response from anyone so far. I am completely unhappy with this approach by Zulaikha.

My car mahindra Marazzo TN87C5916 is in service center again today in Ambattur. No action is taken yet.

As, extremely dissatisfied customer escalating for your swift actions.

I thought to escalate, before writing to Mahindra directly or in social media to public.

Would appreciate your feedback.
