Wrong commitment on Vehicle Delivery

Zulaikha motors, Velachery is making false commitments and also not providing proper responses. We mailed multiple times to refund the amount but there is no response to my email. No one is answering the phone too.

Sir I am Karlin I have booked the car in the name of gentleman security services on 4th December 2021 and from the showroom they have sent the banker yes bank for the loan and the loan amount has been credited to the zulaikha motors on 31st December 2021 and my loan was started on jan2022 and I have payed almost 1 years without car they have cheated me we have payed our hard money to them without using car kindly taken action on them

Not delivered the vehicle intentionally making delay
Given full of fake commitments not delivered the vehicle until now attractive scam not delivered the vehicle 3 rd time changed the date but not delivered the vehicle till now increasing the amount frustrated

Escalation - poor service

Hi,
With deep regret, I am contacting you.
I bought Marazzo 2 months back. When I bought the colour I preferred was not provided. I was pushed to take basis available colours.
Inspite, within 2 months 2 major issues and the car has been sent to Ambattur service center. Sunil and Vinayakam are attending the issue.
Unfortunate that no response from anyone so far. I am completely unhappy with this approach by Zulaikha.
My car mahindra Marazzo TN87C5916 is in service center again today in Ambattur. No action is taken yet.
As, extremely dissatisfied customer escalating for your swift actions.
I thought to escalate, before writing to Mahindra directly or in social media to public.
Would appreciate your feedback.

irresponsible talk to customer
Hello sir
My name is hariharan and my friend name is iyappan. We both are doctors. We were planning to buy a car in budget of $100000. So we planned to see ford, hyundai and mahindra showroom. We went to mahindra showroom in velachery, chennai in nov 2017. We told the sales executive that we have many ideas and we are planning to buy by march 2018. But the sales executive called my friend today and he told him that "why you didnt buy the car and wasting my time". My friend replied to him that "i need some time because the money is huge" and he replied that "if you dont have money then why did you came to the showroom"
This is the way he replied to my friend sir. Sir as a comman man is there any rules if we come to a showroom we should buy a car compulsorily?
That sales executive insulted my friend sir. This is not the way to treat a customer sir. Its hurting a lot to me becuse i only took my friend to that showroom. Sir please kindly take necessary steps against him. And the sales executive name is raja (Velachery, mahindra showroom). Sir kindly reply to me regarding this complaint sir.

Starting problem

Kuv 100 no tn12 l 4232. we gave the car to the workshop on 22/06/17 for starting problem. the manual repair order no is 1924, the service adviser name is yogesh. after two dats we were informed that the batery is gone and to be replaced the car was purchased during march 2016 and full warantee is available, but till now the car is in workshop. pl resolve today itselfand arrange for change of batery.my registerd phone no is[protected]. alternate[protected].

Theft of belongings during car service

I gave my car for service in zulaikha motors in keelkatali, chennai on 10th of Feburary 2017, i forgot to take my sun glass from car. after service i found my sunglass was missing. I asked the service adviser he said we are not responsible for any missing belongings...their answer seem to be very irresponsible. The worth of sunglass is 2500 fasttrack brand.

A very pathetic and impromtu (Non) service done by the so called professionals. Very amateur replies given by service advisors. Not at all satisfied with their workmanship, if we can call it that. Do not give your vehicle to them. Am going to mail a complaint with mahindra & zulaikha regarding my bad experience

In my Zylo car the Driver seat spring, which had broken, so when I gave the car for 1st service (5000KMS) in the month of April 2016, Mr. Udhyamoorty who attended this service said that we can change the seat under warranty, so he will order and will call us within 2 weeks to change it, but we are in June 2016 (already car reached 9500 KMS going to send for 2nd Service) still he didn’t call us.
When we try to reach the Ambattur Industrial Estate branch there is NO PROPER response.
With the broken seat we had driven for more than 5000 KMS. So is this the way you will treat the customers.

i am Selvam from Chennai , i bought xuv 500 in Nov 2012 but the vehicle delivered was very worst , i have break failer problem , door crack , suspension problem ,lock problem , there are so many problems in my car . so i am going to consumer court with all my bills . so pls dont take vehicle in Zulaikha Motors in velachery this is my personal advice ............

I have given my Mahindra Logan car for services for twice but still there is no proper solution given by Zulaikha motors at Ambattur branch, i have given the car for the problem of water indication in disel filter but still there is proper solution and at last service they have not properly service my car break shoo due to that my car met with an accident while i claiming for that there is no proper response.

I had given my Mahindra Quanto for service to Sulaikha Motors Ambattur.They charged a huge bill.But, the car was not even washed.Even for that also they charged.Cmplained to the service centre when they asked for feedback.But, no response yet.Very horrible experience.Avoid Sulaikha Motors !!!
