Glamego has not yet sent me the october box which was due this october. They sent me an email stating that they has dispatched it on 25th october and they say that it is delivered within 7 working days and sent me the tracking link of september's glamego box. I sent a mail again asking for this month's box's tracking details but they did not revert back. I have been sent them 2-3 mails and they have not yet replied. They are also cancelling subscriptions without any prior notice which should not be the case. Was this information helpful? |
