Zunroof Tech Pvt Ltd — I am highly disappointed and upset by the service levels of the company

I had booked a solar installation with your company on 29th nov 2019 and till date i am waiting for the process to be over. I am highly disappointed and upset by the service levels of the company esp mr. Raahil shah & mr. Faizal from ahmedabad team. They are highly unprofessional and irresponsible. At the time of booking mr. Raahil, who is in sales, said that he will be single point of contact and after sometime the case was handed over to mr faizal. So, we started contacting mr. Faizal for any query, till the time the full the payment wasn't done he was very nice and courteous but once the payment was done it became a challenge to connect with him. So much so that he informed that he has taken approval from management to switch off his phone and not respond to clients.

The details of the case are as follows:

- the order booking was done on 29 nov 2019 with an amount of rs. 10, 000/- where we were promised that everything will be over in 2 -2.5 months.. I. E. Max 15 feb 2020.
- the fifty percent payment (Minus 10, 000) was done on 2nd jan 2020./-
We were told that when the material would be ready we will be informed to make the remaining payment, so in the last week of jan we were informed that the material was ready and that we could make the payment. If we make the payment soon the material would reach our premise by 10th feb and the installation would be done in a week's time. So we made the payment on 29th jan 2019. Inspite of their commitment to get the installation done nothing happened.

Multiple phone calls, whatsapp msg and reminders were going to deaf ears and we were just given some or the other excuse and still work didnt happen.
On march 12th when our patience gave up and we told them that we will escalate that's when they came for installation which was left incomplete for want of some invertor... Then again multiple rounds of follow ups were done with no response, however we were told that the file has been sent to torrent power for processing and that solar would be functional by march end.

In the meanwhile the country went under lockdown and everthing got shut.. We understood and did not bother them till offices were shut.in may end, the offices ahd open but on follow up we were told that they are not still working.

Today we stand on 29th june clueless as to what is happening,, inspite of paying approx 2 lacs by jan we are still paying electricity bills and no clue as to how long we have to continue doing this.
