To Whomsoever it may Concern,
Myself A Mateen who used to trade online in forex markets fairly but suddenly one day I got a call from zxmarkets.com that if I start trading with their company then I will make huge profits.
I opened an account on zxmarkets.com & started trading with my knowledge & experience & thus made a profit of 1100$ within a week from just 200$ investment so I requested a withdrawal. But instead, I suddenly got a call from the company employee that I shouldn't withdraw the money but invest more in crude oil. I strictly opposed it, but after opening my account I was shocked to see that the employee had opened a deal without my permission & access. I called the company from where I got a reply that it will be a good deal & till then I started losing my money. I called them immediately but then they replied that to save my money I need to deposit more funds repeatedly so I deposited more money to save my hard-earned money starting from the date 22.08.15 till 21.09.15 which totaled 4, 09, 250Rs. & then I requested them that I'm out of funds & they should return my money which they had forced me to deposit through fake software. They in return blocked my number, I called them from other phone numbers too but got no reply.

This Is My Only Hope to get my money back.
Please help me get my hard-earned money back.
I have the Invoice Proof of my deposits, which I may share whenever needed.

Dear friends i am in forex trading with zx markets from few months. I couldn't make much money but service was provided. From few weeks their service is not available. If anyone knows please inform. After many phone calls i tried my last luck. But from two weeks no one is contacting me and their website is also not active. Please inform where the problem is

Believe me. Zx markets is a very fraudulent company. They claim to be in india. However, the people who work for them and do contact clients are based in sri lanka. The initial call comes from india and once you enroll, you are given to a relationship manager in sri lanka and you never get to hear from the initial contacts from india. The company behind them is evolve technologies which is a registered it company in india. The people behind evolve technologies are r. M harinarayanan, v. P. M tilakan and p. V rajesh. Zx markets is not on the list of fx brokers in either sri lanka or india and so is an unregistered and unauthorized fx broker. This is the way they operate:

They call you and suggests to you how you could make $10 dollars alone by investing $200.00 and how you can easily withdraw. Surely, the first 2 days, they do get you that profit. This is intended to win your trust that it works. Afterwards, they ask you to invest more so that you make more. Don’t do it. Once you invest, they make profit for you in the first 2 or 3 days. Afterwards, the relationship manager intentionally takes a bad trade and tells you the market did not get into their way based on their analysis. They then ask you to take another trade using the same currency pair in the opposite direction. Anyone who understands trading knows that counter-trading is bad. Yet that is what they do and play on your ignorance.

After that they call to tell you your margin is low and that if you don't pump in extra money, you can lose all your profits.Instead of they making you money as promised, you rather pump in money and lose them. From this point onwards, it is about you pumping in money and not they making you the profit. Everyday that they call, they ask you to pump money into the account to protect your investment instead of trading to make money. The truth is, they have made your account grown into profit by closing the profitable trade within the counter trade and re-entering in the same direction thereby locking you in a long trade forever but you can’t withdraw because of the counter-trade they have done.In reality, no profits have been made for you but your capital has reduced and they have reduced your ability to make new trades because you money is reduced. If you decide to withdraw the money, you lose everything and that is why they ask you to put in more money.
As you put in money, they continue to take bad trades to lock you in the same counter trade they have taken, without taking new trades to enable you recover and always asking you to take the profit in one direction and re-entering the same pair without making any new trades. This keeps you in the counter trade till a point where you can no more send them money. When they realise you can't send any more money, they ask you to close the existing trades and you lose all your money.In fact they ask you to provide more money as if you are a bank. The question is, how do they rob you of your money?

The truth is the trading software they use is fake / a dummy trading platform. Your money is received by evolve technologies into their own account and behind the scenes, they enter the deposit in the dummy software and pretend to be trading for you. The aim is to put you in a counter trade by taking the wrong direction and intentionally wait till almost all your money is gone. And then they call you to take the counter trade to prevent the loss, with a promise that they will help you recover the loss. They then call you to put in more money to recover the trade and when you are unable to do so, they ask you to close your position, thereby losing all your money including the so-called profits made.In this way, it appears like the market had taken your money and not them. However, the real money has been taken into evolve technology's account for the company to profit from.In contrast, international trading platforms updates themselves immediately you make deposits or withdraw. You do not send the money to another company for your account to be debited. According to lorraine, one of the most deceptive relationship manager, evolve technologies is their parent company. The fake platform therefore is just a medium used to make one believe the money was lost to the financial market.

Apart from that, they ask you to let them connect to your computer while they help you know how to deposit and use their platform. Through that, they are able to know details on your debit/credit card and they use these details to steal your money. Never allow them to connect to your computer through 'anydesk'. If you make a report to the compliance department, they pretend to do something about it, but you never hear from them. Why? Because they are fraudulent.

They promise at their first contact to train you on how to trade free of charge without letting you know they will trade for you. You only get to know it only after the have started trading for you and taking you through their deceptive processes.In fact they promise one thing and do the opposite throughout their dealings with you.

They have a fake compliance department who will take your complains and never return to you. Sometimes, they ask you to provide them with your bank statement or details of cards and other identification document. Don’t provide them. They want to use the details to commit fraud on you once they know the amount on your bank statement and other details such as credit / debit cards. They never will communicate with you through video skype and are very deceitful from the beginning of the contact till they finish siphoning all your money from you. Why? Because they don’t want you to see their faces as every fraudster syndicates do. Their staff are well trained in the act of deception, pretending and present themselves to be genuine. They pretend to be offering good advice and services in order to mislead you to part with money.

Some of their staff include one lorraine who never uses her surname and is very intelligent and deceptive, very well trained to lie and mislead people, nadira bakir, the compliance manager who never acts on complaints received and azath zarook a self-acclaimed trading specialist. These people are fraudsters and criminals.

For those who claim to have invested and received returns, either it is true or not. I suspect the fraudsters themselves are appearing to send such messages in order to neutralize the accusation being made against them and for people to believe in them, because lorraine is very much aware that people are accusing them of being fake.

So please let the public be aware and stop dealing with them. I am also calling on the indian authorities to investigate evolve technologies in order to arrest these fraudsters who are defrauding people from their hard earned monies. I will do my best to escalate these findings to the international financial intelligence agencies in europe and the us anti-money laundering agencies to take up this investigation and close up on these criminals.

Hi Friends my name is touseef, oneday i received the call from hasan and he convince me to open a trading account in zxmarket and he has told me that if i invest 6900 i will able to make a profit of 10USD.i have taken the time of 2 days and finally i ask the process of withdrawal he told me it wil take within hours of time.he has told me since you are a new to this i will give you full training of trading with demo account.

on friday he has called me and i deposited 470USD through neteller soon after depositing he has told me, i will call you after 2 hours of time.then i realize maybe this is fraud company that is why he has disconnected the call after depositing.after 2 hours i request for withdrawal 320USD to bank...then they are telling it will take 5 days to crediting in bank and the tone of language is change, they are telling we are doing crores of turnover we dont need your 370USD...

afterthat i call cybercrime office and they told me to come to office to register a FIR...then i send the mail to zxmarket by saying i need money back to neteller otherwise i will go to cybercrime then within 20 minutes my money is back.

on 8th Feb 2016, I have opened account with Zxmarket, due to Mr. Inthikab Mohamed called me & giving information about Zxmarket, which is totally false for me later.

He convinced me you opened an account with 6900 Rs because we are doing trading in forex but we are doing from mumbai so you have to pay money in indian currency, my account no -1089722, i asked all possible questions from my end, but unfortunately mohamed convinced me which were totally fake, he told me you will get daily 10 $ profit & in a week, that means 200 $ in month, which you can withdraw also later, even withdrawal also you will get within 24 hours because through HDFC Bank we are doing NEFT, even he told you will get a call daily in morning for opening a bid & in evening to close a bid.

But as soon as i opened account he called me once, later he not given a call for a single day, he told sometime i will call you & sometime my college will call you, than i got a call from Lorraine Jesudasson Trading Specialist my account manager.

As i new to the software Zxmarket App, i am not getting what she is saying, she talks with me like she is irritated from me, same i given feedback to inthikab mohamed he told me i am sorry for same, i told him right a way please give my withdrawal at that time also he convinced me please don't do withdrawal all will be ok i will change a account manager also.

But Again Lorraine only called me for trade i listen to her calmly & given a message to her tell inthikab Mohamed to call me, even still that day also he has not given me a single call.

Than i started trading with Lorraine she has given me 4 bid's of TP - 5$, i gain a profit of 20$ also i really appreciated to Lorraine on same.

But than one day she has not given me call next day i mail her please call in morning & given a mail to [protected]@zxmarkets.com that my account manager has not given me call.

In evening Lorraine given me call & she is asking me you have send a mail @ [protected]@zxmarkets.com that your AM not called you, i said yes, & she yelled on me & saying me i don't understand your problem, i told Lorraine first of all Mohamed had given me all false info still i am doing trading he committed me 10$ in a day & you are giving me 5$ in 2/3 days that was not acceptable, if you can't give right info to customers than why you are committing false info to customers, than she is blaming me only that you are wrong on each terms, than i said sorry to her & i told her please i don't want to argue with you, let me know the withdrawal process & she said i will send you a format of withdrawal which she will process.

I was surprised what kind of ego she has, even she didn't convince me that don't go for withdrawal i will take care of your all queries.


Note : ZxMarkets Team i don't want to quit but due to such kind of pathetic behavior of lady i withdraw my account which is shameless on customer centric point of view.

Than again i got one big surprise from compliance team Nadira, that you don't have fund in your account & how come you are asking for withdrawal that is not a big issue for me but i want to discuss, afterwards she done a recheck & she informed me that by this weekend you will get money in your account. & thanks to compliance team Nadira + Lorraine also to deposit my money in to my account.

I am really glad 40% service given by Zxmarkets team, but i really not happy ( upset ) 60% on fake information given by inthikab mohamed, Lorraine's attitude towards customer service was not good, & money deposited after 10 days in my account, nadira told me sorry many times due to misunderstanding what she has, but Lorraine never.

I am really thankful to all for giving me such a wonderful customer service which i will not forget never ever in my life...

I`m santhosh my dear friends please be careful about this zxmarkets.Com who are ranking number one cheaters in india. They may started this organisation around one year back but washed out many client`s full invest funds like mine uncountable. This people will not give to anyone such as any proper guidance. And very important thing is those peoples are stealing all customer`s data from "iforex" such as real forex trading company. And calling to us kind of this numbers- [protected] or +5555 to making us fool. This zxmarkets don`t have any head office in India. As per my knowledge, who have two call centers. One was in India under these location- 304, hill view Suleiman complex, antop hill, Mumbai. Second one call center is located in Srilanka. They are forced us to invest on dummy account not for the real account. So guys please beware on this. According to my bad experience in this market im helping to every my brothers and sisters, when you see the withdrawing from this company it`s too quite slow to respond for their customer`s. Sometimes never giving withdrawal to bigger amount of investment. I`m now suffering about losses my 150, 000 inr. They are well trained people speak like doing help to us and pretending like do care to the clients. Their demo accounts and live accounts both are same way to making us loose our money.When we losses only they are getting our total investment. I have open account with zxmarkets.com at the time of opening of account, mr. hassan told me that you will be given proper training in demo account then u can trade in real account. he also told me that you can withdraw money by filling simple online form and amt will be credited within 1 working day. but no such training has been given by them. now, i want to withdraw my money but they ask me to fill withdrawal form filled it scan it and attached various documents including credit card copy. i made request on 21/11/2015. ms. marry told me that it will take 2-3 days. then mr. sharif told me that it will credited next week. now they saying that it will take another week. i dont understand this. for a simple withdrawal how one can take 20 days.

My a/c no.1039113. I had joined them two months back and invested 1100 usd and earned a profit Of 250+ usd. I had withdrawn 600 usd.. My balance on 28/02/15 was 754 usd and one mr. Ahmed came on line earned me profit o[censored]sd 154. My account was disabled and i was unable to see my account and withdrawn my money of 700 usd between 01/03/15 to 10/03/13. The ZX Markets have cheated me for INR 26000/-. One lady by the name of Ms Mary Account Manager, called me and asked me to invest in on line trading. I got enticed and invested INR 26000/- on 31 Dec 2014 thru the credit and debit cards. The above amount had not been brought on charge in my account till 12 Jan 2015. I asked Ms Mary thrice whether my money in your company is safe. She assured me that it is very safe in ZX Markets. She started giving me less importance after I had invested the amount. I then realised that it was wrong investment I have made. I then asked the company for withdrawal of my money. Ms Mary told me that I have to open my live account and have to have a very small transaction to start the withdrawal. I have never seen such rules any where in any on line trading coy as to have a small transaction before withdrawal. I was cautious when she told me this. So She logged on in to my accounts with Ammy, controls with Mary, as she was the only one controlling my account. She operated a transaction in Gold for which I was very apprehensive . I kept a strict watch over the transaction and realised that with in 5 mnts I had lost $131.It was a wrong transaction on which Ms Mary had clicked intentionally. I also then realised that ZX Markets are also maintaining duplicate accounts. My entire money of $400 would have been wiped out had I not been careful that time. I closed the transaction to avoid further losses. The Company has cheated me for the losses caused to me . I now want for the Company to refund my entire money of INR 26000/- as the losses caused were their own doing. But The Company is not responding.

Some persons belongs to zx markets namely milhan dhule and kiran approached me over phone with No. +5555 and encouraged me to invest the amount in online trading. They succeeded to get deposit of amount equivalent to 500 USD i.e. about Rs. 32000/-. After that they stopped correspondence and also they blocked my use ID password. Almost my two months salary was held with zx markets. this caused me mental agony and financial crisis.Then i made a request of withdrawal. They denied my withdrawal. after that I have approached info.@zx markets. a person namely zihab has approached me over phone on 29th December 2014 and said to me submit another withdrawal application in prescribed format. I did the same on 30th December 2014. after then i did not nether my money back nor confirmation of receipt of the withdraw request and its status.In this regard I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter and arrange for refund of my amount.I feel that the people approached me from zx markets have mislead me. This may cause on the reputation of zx markets.
