On 14th of Oct i submitted my Zync 999 plus calling tablet to the nearest service centre[protected],[protected] in malviya nagar, new delhi with complain number RVSRN 1310 MPN 00102 because of having problem in charging. Zync commited to rectify and return the product in 15 days maximum. 15 days passed. They asked for another 10 days, then another 15 days, another 10 days and after more than 50 mails ([protected]@zync.in) and more than 25 calls[protected] on 8 Dec 13. The issue for which i have submitted the tablet was rectified but with 4 other issues which were not previously, get originated (No sound, usb not working, hdmi not working and charging symbol in off not displaying). I right submitted the tablet back. Few sufferers of zync told the i[censored] will call again and again or mail then they suppose to do such cheap things and their ultimate motive is to pass as more days as possible to minimise the 1 yr warranty period. Unfortunately, similar happening with me. In between the x officer of zync Mr Anirudh called me and consolated that within 10-15 days tablet will be with me, working. Since then no further progress seem to aheading. so many times i mailed them with details. And upto yesterday they are still requiring the jobsheet number (RVSRN 1310 MPN 00102) which i told, mailed in each and every communication. Overall they and exploiting and depressing customers. Now i am really in great disappointment and losing all hope i am wring to you hoping the soon solution, as many others got. i have the full mail details and papers related to it. Tablet was purchased on 18 Feb 2013. All i want is my tablet rectified and properly checked back and the the extra months of warranty (except 15 days for rectification) during which zync have kept my tab ridiculously.
