              Hi I am Rupesh Sharma from Bihar, i bought zync z99 (company website : zync.in) tablet from Snapdeal.com an online purchasing site. I was delighted to get my Tab but while using the Tab I had been experiencing some trouble in my Tab. Like when I switch on my tabmany of my applications don’t respond. Even after switching off the vibration mode my Tab vibrateed. I saw screen was also very fragile. Speakers giving horrible sound. As the Tab was in warranty with pick & drop facility, I called the Snapdeal.com and demanded the refund. They told me to contact the company, When I called the company they assured me that they’ll pick up the product soon. Approx 3 months passed during those days I requested them many times to pick up the product. Every time they promised to pick up the product they were giving me false assurance. Finally I sent the Tab on my own expenses to the company and asked them to return the money or the properly working product. Later, they started demanding me Rs. 2000. They didn’t want to give either the money or the product. Every time I call them or mail them they assure me for help but do nothing. Now as more than one year has passed still I have not got justice. Now I want full refund of the product. I chek it 18 th May and found SIM is not working. i call to customer care they talk to me go our customer care office " ACCEL FRONTLINE GLOBAL IT SERVICES, 601-604, Ashok Bhawan, 93, Nehru Place, New Delhi" and repair the same. i gave tab them. they commit 5-6 working days it is repaired, But Sir i call and call they ignore to me told parts are not available, handling person is on Leave, Your Status are not available in system ect.                     Hi,
                    I purchased ZYNC Z1000 tab and it worked fine for a year. Then it got stuck with ANDROID logo and i had sent it to ZYNC for repair. They charged me for their service and sent me the product by end of January. Now again in a month, it stopped working with the same issue. While contacting ZYNC, they again ask me to pay to rectify the same issue.


                    This is totally unfair. The service doesnt help for more than a month. How many more times should i send to do the repair. If ZYNC has done the repair properly, then why should i get the problem again?


                    I want ZYNC to help me on this and the customer support is very rude and doesnt help.

                        Hi, I bought a zync Z1000 Tablet on 25th July form Home Shop 18 bearing order no :[protected] for Rs10990, it went faulty on April 26th 2013 and I sent it for service and they received it on 29th April 2013, since then I have called the multiple times and even after 3months my tablet is not repaired and they have not returned it, whenever I call then they say that will send it out in a week and never do that, I have not got my tablet back even after 3months, please help me.

                                I purchased Zync Z1000 model tablets on 02 May 2013. From the first day it kept on creating some or other problem. When I contacted customer care, I was asked to reset the tablet. I have reseted it many times. And somehow I was managing to use it. However one day it stopped to restart and I was asked to submit it to service center on 04 Oct 2013(Job sheet no: RVSRN1310DTS00009), near chennai. Zync committed to rectify and return the product in 10 days maximum. 10 days passed. They asked for another 10 days, then another 10 days, another 10 days (I think some Lucky no for them). I have sent more than 60 mails ([protected]@zync.in) and made more than 50 calls. But all these are in vain. Their ultimate motive is to pass as many days as possible to finish the 1 yr warranty period. One day I was contacted and inquired whether the tablet was with me and I replied to that , politely, no. (How Tablet can be simultaneously be present in the Delhi as well as Chennai?). That s all he kept phone down without any further talk. I don’t know how the company is running with these bunch of !! One day when I called them, they told me that tablet had some other problem and it had been sent to head office, Delhi without informing me and new job sheet no RVSRN1312DTS00024 was created. its around 4 months now i havent received my tablet back. Now i am really in great disappointment and losing all hope. i am writing to you hoping some quick solution. All i want is my tablet rectified and back in my hand OR if company is so much interested and keen on retaining my tablet, let them keep my Tablet for ever and refund my money.                                   Sir i Have purchase Zync Z999 Plus model tablets on 01 nov 2012 which got some software problem in July which i send it to then on 16/07/2013 for repair to their service center situated locally from where they send it to the head office in DELHI...since then i have tried 50 call to their customer care representative and each time they ask for 7 day...its more than 6 month now i havent received my tablet back.

                                  i request you to plz help me.

                                    On 14th of Oct i submitted my Zync 999 plus calling tablet to the nearest service centre[protected],[protected] in malviya nagar, new delhi with complain number RVSRN 1310 MPN 00102 because of having problem in charging. Zync commited to rectify and return the product in 15 days maximum. 15 days passed. They asked for another 10 days, then another 15 days, another 10 days and after more than 50 mails ([protected]@zync.in) and more than 25 calls[protected] on 8 Dec 13. The issue for which i have submitted the tablet was rectified but with 4 other issues which were not previously, get originated (No sound, usb not working, hdmi not working and charging symbol in off not displaying). I right submitted the tablet back. Few sufferers of zync told the i[censored] will call again and again or mail then they suppose to do such cheap things and their ultimate motive is to pass as more days as possible to minimise the 1 yr warranty period. Unfortunately, similar happening with me. In between the x officer of zync Mr Anirudh called me and consolated that within 10-15 days tablet will be with me, working. Since then no further progress seem to aheading. so many times i mailed them with details. And upto yesterday they are still requiring the jobsheet number (RVSRN 1310 MPN 00102) which i told, mailed in each and every communication. Overall they and exploiting and depressing customers. Now i am really in great disappointment and losing all hope i am wring to you hoping the soon solution, as many others got. i have the full mail details and papers related to it. Tablet was purchased on 18 Feb 2013. All i want is my tablet rectified and properly checked back and the the extra months of warranty (except 15 days for rectification) during which zync have kept my tab ridiculously.                                       HAD BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FROM ZYNC GLOBAL A TABLET Z1000,
                                      FROM DAY ONE IT DID NOT SUPPORT 3G NETWORK, HAD BEEN GIVEN FOR SERVICING TWICE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.
                                      THE THIRD TIME AGAIN WE GAVE THE PRODUCT FOR SERVICING ON 17TH JUNE 2013 AND STILL WE ARE YET TO GET OUR PRODUCT BACK. WE HAD ASKED FOR TOTAL REFUND BUT THE COMPANY HAS NOR REFUNDED OR GIVEN US A NEW PRODUCT.
