I purchased Zync Z1000 model tablets on 02 May 2013. From the first day it kept on creating some or other problem. When I contacted customer care, I was asked to reset the tablet. I have reseted it many times. And somehow I was managing to use it. However one day it stopped to restart and I was asked to submit it to service center on 04 Oct 2013(Job sheet no: RVSRN1310DTS00009), near chennai. Zync committed to rectify and return the product in 10 days maximum. 10 days passed. They asked for another 10 days, then another 10 days, another 10 days (I think some Lucky no for them). I have sent more than 60 mails ([protected]@zync.in) and made more than 50 calls. But all these are in vain. Their ultimate motive is to pass as many days as possible to finish the 1 yr warranty period. One day I was contacted and inquired whether the tablet was with me and I replied to that , politely, no. (How Tablet can be simultaneously be present in the Delhi as well as Chennai?). That s all he kept phone down without any further talk. I don’t know how the company is running with these bunch of !!
One day when I called them, they told me that tablet had some other problem and it had been sent to head office, Delhi without informing me and new job sheet no RVSRN1312DTS00024 was created.
its around 4 months now i havent received my tablet back.
Now i am really in great disappointment and losing all hope. i am writing to you hoping some quick solution. All i want is my tablet rectified and back in my hand OR if company is so much interested and keen on retaining my tablet, let them keep my Tablet for ever and refund my money.
