Zync — Tablet not repaired for Last 6 months

Sir i Have purchase Zync Z999 Plus model tablets on 01 nov 2012 which got some software problem in July which i send it to then on 16/07/2013 for repair to their service center situated locally from where they send it to the head office in DELHI...since then i have tried 50 call to their customer care representative and each time they ask for 7 day...its more than 6 month now i havent received my tablet back.

i request you to plz help me.
