Zyngos — Wrong and fake delivery of product | |||
My name is Khushboo Nahar I have ordered posture corrector wireless bra (pack of 3) Xs/skin from Instagram adv . The description of the prodcut and the Images shown on Instagram were completely different from the product which I have received. The product was delivered to me on 11th March 2021 at around 11:00 pm through E-cart courier services. On finding the product as fake, I tried calling the helpline number. [protected] is the number I called on. The person name Prakash Chandravanshi told me to do a process through Google Pay to get my money refund. On his instructions I did but fortunately when he told me to enter the amount 10000, I just entered 1 and only that much amount got debited Also the same person called me continuously and talking in a vulgar and abusive language with me. I request you to look into it and also frame charges for wrong delivery, fake product, cyber threat. It is a big shame for ZYNGOS .
