Cheated through 100bestbuy By dt. 08.09.2014 i feed order of Laptop table, Online Pay Done, Immediately Got call from [protected], On phone Mr.Kumar was from 100Best Buy, He informed that i am selected as a lucky customer of the day & I wons the free Sony Xperia Z2, As per his Guidance I was Operating Site, He informed 1 more Free Gift added in Cart. Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102. & he request me to Pay 13, 999/-, I said i want all details by written Mail, I Fwd them mail with Three Points... . 1 I have to make Payemnt of 13, 999/-, which will secure to my Trail Balance A/c. 2 Free Gift -Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102 ( + Power Bank+Watch) With Sony Xperia Z2 3 You will not deduct my Trail balance of 13, 999/-, I can utilize it later for Other Shopping Purpose. They sent reply E-mail, "sir, you can do payment.IT'S our advertisement policy.nad you are selected as a lucky customer of the day." On Telephonic with Mr.Kumar speaks very Confidently & revert, sir i am your Guide & will secure your Profit, he gives assurance that in upcoming 7-8 working days. For bringing fait he said our all calls are recorded & Confirmed i'll get Micromax Doodle + Sony Xperia Z2, mobile Free of Cost & Payment of 13, 999/- can utilize as Credit Balance, Till payment Process max of Conversation done on mail, By Morning of Dt.11.09.14 called Mr.Kumar he received my Call but not gives proper reply still on same Dialog “Sir in upcoming 7-8 working days you will get Free gift. Finally I send request mail regarding Dispatch Details, & Got Very Shocked by revert mail of 100bestbuy :- "If you pay and participated in the contest in the month of September, contest result will be announce on 15th October. This price will not be refundable, if you win in 100bestbuy contest, We will inform you through telephone or Email by 100bestbuy. you will get the product in free of cost for which you have participated. If you will not win you will get credit points." Now what is it, i don't know from where Suddenly contest Comes. When they written declared already that I am winner so how they Pull me Back as Participant. From Dt.08.09.14 to 11.08.2014 almost 8-10 mail & 15-18 Telephonic Conversation done but Never they Discussed on Participation of Contest, I have all details in my mail & From day 1 Conversation done it, If want mail Copy I Can Provide, You will found they never Used word like “Contest Participation.” 100Buy is Clearly Cheating with me. I want my Money back, Please do suggest how can I get it.
