Every month money gets dedcuted from my account through ECF, and every month some of the representative call me to inform that from Kotak they going to deduct the money as installment. I agree and I keep on informing those representatives that i havent recieve the policy documents please send it to me; however each and everytime the representatives would just confirm the address and would promise that they would send the policy documents at my place but no results...

Kotak Smart Advantage Plan of life insurance is one of the worst policies i think. I took this plan through one of my friend who was a agent in kotak. But this has performed as the worst policy for me. Till now i have paid almost 1. 20lack as premium( anual of 15k from 2009). Inspite of market doing good from 2009, the fund value is showing as around 64K which is almost half of the premium paid...
