Hi, I bought compaq presario cq40 one year back ,now i am gettin a noise line at the bottom of the screen and total screen is flickering for every 3 seconds. I happened to go through internet and found that this is faulty design in the model. Felt really sad for going with HP model where albeit company knowing about the problem they are not withdrawing the models from market, and the servicing costs around 11k (1/3rd amount of my CP),but no guarantee on that as well...
