Trading in SBICAPSEC. COM is really difficult. If you give an order at 9. 15 am it takesplace after 10-15 minutes. also all orders take place at different time. So we cannot buy or sell a stock at the desired price. Nowadays it is either down or showing incorrect data, and trading also not possible... to open demat a/c in sbicapsec. It is very poor services and no proper response and you will face lots of problem to open the a/c. Charges will be deducted from your a/c time to time but you will not able to access anything from your end. Every step you will find some problem and they will ask you all time goto branch :)... I want to close my SBICAPSEC demat due to below reasons.
A)SBICAPSEC we site is very difficult to handel to learn the site needs more than 15 days also the persons who is opening the account they dont know anything about their web site and customers not getting any training.
B) lots of time the sites is down in trading hours ... my client id is ESI245594. i got my registered email id modified an now when i try to retreive my password using forgot ... SBIcapsec — demat account mapping (complaint)

The toll free no provided by sbicapsec is never responding and the password provided are very lenghty the web site is not having the security padlock I want to close the account before trading any share. please help and penalise for wasting the time of the customer.
