I made the payment of INR 3000 on 03.07.15 in the wrong VC (Dish TV) No. Immediately lodged a complaint against the same with them. I have been informed that the recharged VC No. is deactivated and currently not in use. Still the company refused to process the refund. I am filing a case against Freecharge in court. I'll make sure they face serious consequences and will not repeat the same with anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a call from a company called Oxygen who agreed to transfer the amount in the form of credits in my freecharge account as I recharged my account using freecharge.in.
After successful transfer I got a confirmation call and at the same time I requested them to transfer the amount in my bank account. I received the amount in my bank account within 3 days.
