My due date is 22nd November, 2023 and they suspended the connection on 16th November. I have opted for 3 months plan and it is scheduled to expire on the 22nd. A week before they suspended my account. My point is if we have a contract for 3 months then how the hell do they go ahead and suspend the account a week before and demand extra money to resume the services? In their defence they claim that it has been switched to a monthly plan and I don't know who asked them to do that as I have already purchased for 3 months. These are simply extortion practices that they are into. Planning to switch to Excitel or Airtel now for such pathetic services they have offered and terrible customer care services.
