I disconnected mt actcorp connection (Hyderabad) and submitted a service request for refund on apr 4th. After a lot of followups (Everytime service request submitted by customer service and closed by the group a day or two later stating refund done), i escalated to the apellete team and nodal officer, hyderabad. After a couple of push backs, got to know that the refund was not done (June 9 email) and i was asked to provide bank details for initiating neft transfer mid last week. Till this moment, i havent got a paise into my bank. I havent got any response from the team as well on the same. I am supposed to get 4.8k as refund. I also sent a followup even today.

Not sure how many customers are also facing the same issue and even let go off the refund.
