I made above hotel booking through Agoda for my stay in Hyderabad from April4-8, 2020. As lockdown implemented in the country I received refund on April 4, that was charged on April 31 by agoda. But on April 8 they charged me again. I have been following up with them every day but they are not processing my refund. Was this information helpful? |
